Initial Consultation
At Swell RDI Consulting, our process begins with an initial FREE Discovery Call and is designed to understand the unique needs of your family. Personalized Assessment
Following the initial consultation, and the decision is made to begin the Swell Starter Pack, we schedule a block of time to undergo a video recorded assessment involving parents interacting with their child. Your consultant reviews the video, analysing and addressing specfic markers to develop a customized strategy for your family's needs. This phase involves a detailed analysis and report of the information gathered and the formulation of practical, actionable steps to achieve your goals.
Ongoing Support and Evaluation
The consulting process doesn't end with the delivery of a strategy. You consultantis there every step of the way, providing ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation of any recommendations. Regular follow-up sessions are scheduled to evaluate progress, address any emerging issues, and make necessary adjustments to the strategy.
